Barry Day#21



Breakfast -  9am
4 block
Banana
Fat – 2 tbsp Avocado 
4 oz turkey 

Lunch – 12
Out for lunch 
Grilled Chicken Salad. Mixed Veggies 
Balsamic-  Tbsp 1 
12 almonds


330  - snack
2 block
2 oz Turkey 
1 grapefruit 
Fat-  1 tbsp avocado 


Dinner-  650
6 oz  Turkey burger
4 cups of mixed veggies.
Onions, peppers, broccoli 
Hot sauce – trader joes, PALEO habanero 
Fat – 2 tbsp avocado


Snack –750
2 cups of mixed veggies 
2 oz turkey 
6 almonds.  


I am feeling good just a little tired from all of the running around.  
I know that I am not drinking enough water
