2 oz Turkey
1 tbsp. Avocado
Cup of Grapes

2 oz of Steak
3 cups of broccoli
2 tbsp. avocado
(as you can see I am trying to finish the avocado)

3:40pm
2 OZ Turkey
1 Orange
1 tbsp. Avocado

650pm
4 block
Turkey meatball 4 oz
Fat- 1 tbsp guac
Carb- 2 cups of tomato, peppers
Cucumber, celery


As of now 115 oz of water
