Barry Day#5




Far from an easy day.  I left the house at 645 am  and walked in at 845pm..

Breakfast 6:30am
4 Block Meal
2 cups Pineapple - carb
12 Almonds
Coffee - Black
4 oz Ham

10 am
2 Block
2 eggs Protein
Cup Pineapple -Carb
Fat - oil .66 tsp


1:30 - lunch 4 block
2 cups Pineapple
4 oz chicken - protein
Salad - small
Oil- 1.32 balsamic - fat


3:30 -  2 block
Pineapple - cup
almonds 6.
Had no protein - I forgot it at home
Coffee

7:pm 4 block meal
4 oz grilled chicken - protein
Grilled vegetables - mixed 2 cups - carbs
Fat - Almonds 12


Water not enough - 80 oz
