Barry Day #7


Breakfast - 9am
4 block meal
Fat – oil 1.32 tsp
Protein - Egg 4
Carb- 2 cups Pineapple

Snack 1130 am
2 block
2 oz Turkey – Protein
1 Orange – Carb
Fat 6 almonds

Lunch 130
4 block
4 oz turkey – Protein
4 tbsp Guac - Fat
Carb - Cantalope - 1 cup

Snack 3pm
2 Block
2 oz turkey
6 almonds
1 Grapefruit

Dinner 630pm
4 block meal
6 oz ground turkey
Fat - guacamole 2 tbsp 
Cup blackberry and cup pineapple

One week for Barry... Lets wait to see what he has to say after one week...
