Barry Day#17

If you fall off get back on
Breakfast – 4 block 9am
Fat-Guac
4 oz  turkey bacon 
Carb – Peach and Grapefruit 


Snack   1130 
2 oz turkey 
6 almonds 
Carb -  6 almonds 


Lunch -   1:45
Out for lunch .
I had a large salad w Chicken 
Mixed veggies.
1 tbsp – balsamic 


Snack –   430
2 oz grilled chicken 
2 cups of mixed veggies  Broccoli and cauliflower 
1 cucumber
Fat – 1 tbsp Guac

Dinner  -   I got home late 830 
Nothing I could about it.  Traveling sports.
Steak   4 oz 
4 cups of mixed veggies, broccoli cauliflower and green beans


Water 100 fl oz
